You can compare data using MS SQL script or VS SQL Server Data Tools

Using visual studio:

Presently Microsoft Visual studio SQL Server Data Tools provide Schema and Data Compare inbuilt feature.

In Visual Studio 2017, Go to Tools > SQL Server > New data Compare > Select Source Db> Select destination DB

Using this compare tool you can compare data of source and destination database, also you can compare different versions of same database.

The result of the comparison between two databases or database projects is analyzed and allows you to apply the change from source database to target

Also, you can create your own T-SQL script to compare two DB database.

Using T-SQL script
